About the Role
We are seeking an experienced advertising and marketing campaign operations leader with strong skills in ad trafficking, media coordination, and integrated marketing timelines. This role manages multi-channel advertising campaigns, oversees agency and vendor partners, and ensures marketing efforts for 30+ customer-facing programs are delivered accurately, on time, and with measurable impact.
Ideal candidates excel in orchestrating complex campaign workflows, managing creative and media deliverables, and optimizing performance across digital and traditional channels.
What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and supervision to direct report(s), overseeing day to day responsibilities, ensuring high quality output and efficient workflows, and supporting performance management and professional development.
- Lead advertising and marketing strategy for 30+ customer programs
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including ad trafficking, asset routing, timelines, approvals, QA, and delivery
- Oversee integrated marketing calendars and ensure alignment across channels, partners, and internal teams
- Direct digital and traditional campaigns including email, paid social, display, search, video, print, and OOH
- Partner with creative and advertising agencies on campaign development, trafficking instructions, specs, and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (Communications, Energy Efficiency, Legal, Regulatory, IT) to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, pacing, ROI) to optimize campaigns
- Oversee creation of marketing assets such as landing pages, videos, collateral, and customer-facing content
- Work with external partners, media vendors, platforms, and community organizations to expand program reach
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field (required)
- 6+ years of experience in advertising, campaign management, or ad operations
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution, trafficking workflows, marketing calendars, and routing/approvals
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, social insights)
- 3+ years in leadership or project management
- Strong understanding of digital advertising channels and media operations (social, display, search, video)
- Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and timeline management skills
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in integrated marketing, creative operations, or media coordination
- Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Marketing, PMP
