The Mgr (Data) Analytics & AI is a hands‑on, player-coach technical role responsible for owning and delivering high‑value decision intelligence use cases that enable smarter decisions, safer and more efficient operations, and better outcomes for utility customers and team members. Decision Intelligence refers to the systematic application of data, analytics, automation, and AI to improve the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of business and operational decisions. Success is defined by the business value realized from the solutions delivered and adopted — improving safety, strengthening service reliability, and supporting affordability through more efficient and effective operations.  Uses foundational data, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities with ongoing efforts to establish enterprise practices.
