HOW YOU’LL HELP DRIVE THE FUTURE OF NATURAL GAS? 
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Analyst to support material master data, vendor data governance, and inventory operations that help keep our natural gas system running reliably. In this role, you’ll ensure data accuracy within SAP, support storeroom inventory strategies, and help optimize supply chain performance across the organization.
This posting covers multiple experience levels; title and compensation will align with experience.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate material and vendor master data in SAP, ensuring adherence to standards and business rules.
• Review, validate, and cleanse data before system entry.
• Support inventory control strategies to reduce stockouts and balance material availability with cost efficiency.
• Analyze stock levels and recommend replenishment adjustments.
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, invoices, and material discrepancies.
• Participate in cross‑functional efforts to improve supply chain processes.
• More experienced candidates may also lead root‑cause analysis, mentor junior analysts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Must Haves:  Minimum Requirements (Entry Level)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience (internship or 1+ years) in materials management, logistics, supply chain, or data‑related work.
• Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills; analytical and detail‑focused.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.

• 3–6+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• SAP experience (material master, vendor master, or inventory modules).
• Strong understanding of inventory methods, replenishment strategies, or utility/industrial materials.
• Ability to lead improvement initiatives, cross‑functional teams, or mentor others.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) or experience with reporting/data tools.
