Project Manager, Gas Operations

This position pays between $78,640.00 to $98,300.00 and is based on skills, experience and education of the successful candidate.

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, Gas Operations! You’ll oversee and manage a variety of gas operations projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. This role involves implementing work management processes, reviewing designs, approving cost estimates, and monitoring project activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage residential, commercial, and industrial gas projects.
- Negotiate and manage contracts for services, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Communicate job requirements and ensure field work compliance.
- Design, estimate, and prepare work order packages for construction and maintenance projects.
- Research and determine equipment needs for meter and regulator stations.
- Administer main line extension contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources for project completion.
- Report project variances and key process indicators to senior management.
- Provide training and technical assistance to the project team.
Successful Candidate Must Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A valid driver’s license required
- 2 years of related experience performing the duties and responsibilities of this or a similar position. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 6 years of related experience is required..
- Preferences: PMP (Project Manager Professional)
Working Conditions
Field/office environment with regular site visits.
Must be able to lift/move up to 30 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
