Customer Service Coordinator

This position pays between $55,520.00 to $69,400.00 and is based on skills, experience and education of the successful candidate.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Coordinates daily customer service activities, provides feedback by answering specific questions related to daily activities, peer mentoring and leadership of Call Center Representatives.
- Handles difficult or escalated customer inquiries and problems
- Assists in complex/political customer complaints and develops resolutions or compromises that will meet the customer’s needs and protect the financial position of the Company
- Provides back-up coverage for supervisor; assists with training, developing, and monitoring the team
- Provides feedback to supervisor and ensures that budgetary targets are met while providing quality customer service.
Successful Candidate Must Have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Preferences: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Working Conditions:
Regularly required to sit, talk and listen for long periods of time. Manual dexterity required. May be required to lift/move up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
