Customer Service Coordinator

This position pays between $54,720.00 to $68,400.00 and is based on skills, experience and education of the successful candidate.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates daily customer service activities, provides feedback by answering specific questions related to daily activities, peer mentoring and leadership of Call Center Representatives.
  • Handles difficult or escalated customer inquiries and problems
  • Assists in complex/political customer complaints and develops resolutions or compromises that will meet the customer’s needs and protect the financial position of the Company
  • Provides back-up coverage for supervisor; assists with training, developing, and monitoring the team
  • Perform research of customer records, utilizing appropriate system(s) and resources in order to respond effectively to customer and Call Center Representative inquiries and requests, while maintaining call management goals.

 

Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with 3 years as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and 1 year in a Senior CSR role at NMGC
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Preferences: Bilingual (English/Spanish), cashiering experience, invoice payment experience

 

Working Conditions:

Sitting for extended periods of time; Occasional overtime hours; May require travel to various locations. The Call Center requires non-traditional working hours, this position may require employees to take on fixed early morning, evening, or late-night shift/schedules. Weekend or holiday work may also be required. These shifts/schedules are fixed and may be subject to change based on business needs.
