POSITION CONCEPT

The primary focus of the Marketing Services Coordinator will center around the profitability and performance of TECO Partners natural gas retention, added load, and new customer programs for Peoples Gas. Responsible for interacting directly with natural gas residential clients who are associated with Gas Service Agreements (GSA), Energy Conservation Rebates, and / or Gas Agreement Request (GAR). Ensure the effective communication between customers, service providers, program managers, and TECO Partners team members. Also responsible for communicating with internal and external clients to help maintain customer expectations with regards to delivery of service, rebates, and invoice processing.  Works under minimum supervision.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review all residential GSA’s and GAR’s documents for accuracy, ensure all guidelines are followed, and enter documents into the TECO Partners Sales, Commission, and Revenue tracking system.
  • Validation and processing of all service providers invoices in SAP; includes establishing vendors, creating purchase requisitions, obtaining appropriate approvals and auditing of invoices in SAP. Provides follow-up and potential conflict resolution on customer rebates and invoices.
  • Establish incremental billing accounts for services provided in the natural gas Customer Inquiry System (CIS).
  • Ensure Energy Conservation Rebate requests and audits follow established guidelines before forwarding them to the natural gas processing team member.
  • Serves as point of contact for residential service providers (dealers), program managers, and customers. Meets regularly with program managers and dealers and acts as a liaison between customers and service providers.
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of monthly financial and operational reports. (10%)
  • Research, develop, manage, and prepare presentation related to special projects / marketing programs. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Required:            High School diploma. (In lieu of some experience, an Associate’s Degree may be considered.)

Preferred:           Associate’s Degree.

 

Experience 

Related Experience

Required:            Minimum of three (3) years of work experience related to the duties and responsibilities of this position; or minimum two (2) years of work experience related to the duties and responsibilities of this position with an associate degree may be considered.

Preferred:           Experience in the natural gas or electric energy industry.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA)

Required:            Working knowledge of Micro-Soft Suite using Access, Excel, and Word.  Excellent oral and presentation skills required.

Preferred:           Working knowledge of SAP and CIS.
