The Marketing Analyst is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of various marketing activities that most efficiently and effectively maximize sales, increase customer participation, and build customer loyalty for TECO Partners and Peoples Gas.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Manages the development and implementation of targeted marketing programs and campaigns that achieve specific goals and objectives as outlined in the marketing and sales plans for TECO Partners and Peoples Gas. 
  2. Analyzes the cost of marketing initiatives and works with Program Managers to develop annual and/or project-specific budgets for TECO Partners and Peoples Gas projects.
  3. Coordinates tracking and measurement of TECO Partners and Peoples Gas marketing activities and provides timely reporting to stakeholders.
  4. Supports development and implementation of the customer relationship management program and other database applications that serve team members across the company. 
  5. Assist in monthly billing of TPI Programs and maintain TPI Accounts Receivables as well as incremental billing accounts for services provided in SAP CRB. 
  6. Provides marketing support for other initiatives and special projects, as directed. 

                       

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education

 

Required:       Associates degree in related field.

 

Preferred:      Bachelor’s degree in related field.

 

Experience

 

Related Experience

Required:       Minimum of 6 years of work experience related to the Duties & Responsibilities of this position is required.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA)

 

Required: Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong ability to work well in a team environment, as well as, independently. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have demonstrated leadership qualities and have experience in leading large/complex projects; developing business and marketing plans; developing and managing budgets and tracking results.

Preferred: working knowledge of Infor CRM, SAP (CRB and ERP).

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Primarily normal office environment, some travel is required
  • Some over-time may be required due to work load or events on weekends or after hours.
