Director, SAP COE ERP (Tampa Electric Company; Tampa, FL): Adapt company IT strategy to have a strong operational focus aligned with business needs, priorities, structure and processes to maintain and improve service quality and cost effectiveness. Establish, maintain and enforce all IT operational processes, standards, procedures and practices, such as incident and problem management, change control process, minor enhancement process, and major incident processes based on ITIL while ensuring system and processes are in compliance with relevant regulations. Provide strategic consulting level support and guidance to determine the IT initiatives and solutions required to meet business needs.  Work closely with business partners and IT in formulating financial and resource estimates for efforts. Work with the IT functional department executives and business leaders to create an actionable roadmap that establishes the foundation of work that the Solutions teams will deliver. Provide input to an executive SAP oversight committee for the prioritization of initiatives based on organization needs, strategy, IT workload, and budget. Plan, implement and lead strategy related to SAP optimization and develop standards for SAP solutions. Improve processes by capitalizing on the benefits of SAP solutions through collaborating with business partners. Build and maintain a best-in-class SAP systems environment and applications suite. Develop SAP/cloud solutions to support company strategies and drive end-user satisfaction. Design, implement and execute IT-related long-term strategies. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or a related field, and 10 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or a related field, and 8 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience: Must have 8 years of experience with the following: SAP ECC 6.0 and HCM; SAP architecture, enhancement, maintenance, support, and functional implementation; SAP security concepts and processes, and security architecture and administration; SAP user management; and ensuring systems and process compliance with regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) compliance; and, Must have 5 years of experience with the following: Leading an SAP ERP enterprise and developing a global support team to achieve organizational objectives related to IT; and Managing staff and daily operations, including SLA performance, projects, best practice and governance, problem resolution, and code optimization.

Travel up to 25% required.
