POSITION CONCEPT/ FERC DESCRIPTION
This position provides support for Grid Operations Next-Day Operations and Outage Coordination Analyst, Engineer, and Grid Operations Supervisor. This position is responsible for updating the fields in the iTOA (integrated Total Outage Application) software and testing the next software version of iTOA.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Each item should account for 10% or more)
- Update the fields within the iTOA (integrated Total Outage Application) software.
- Test the next software version of iTOA.
SUPERVISION
None.
RELATIONSHIPS
Interactions with Next-Day Operations and Outage Coordination Analysts and ECC IT personnel concerning the iTOA software.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; enrolled in A.B.E.T. Engineering curriculum
Preferred: Pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Related Experience:
Preferred: Previous work experience with iTOA, previous Co-Op experience
